Anchorline operates as a non-advisory education and organising service based at 318 Charoen Nakhon Road, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600, Thailand. We are the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with our workshops and membership programme. We do not hold any financial advisory or regulated status.

3. Legal Basis for Processing and How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under applicable Thai data protection law (the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562):
- Contract performance: To confirm your place in a session, send session materials, and administer your Membership.
- Consent: To send you information about upcoming sessions by email, where you have opted in.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain attendance records, improve our sessions using feedback, and keep the Community forum functioning.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our website and email communications (such as hosting and email delivery providers), under appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain session registration data for three years after your last activity with us. Forum posts may remain visible to other members unless you request removal.
