• Contract performance: To confirm your place in a session, send session materials, and administer your Membership.

• Legitimate interests: To maintain attendance records, improve our sessions using feedback, and keep the Community forum functioning.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our website and email communications (such as hosting and email delivery providers), under appropriate data processing agreements.

We retain session registration data for three years after your last activity with us. Forum posts may remain visible to other members unless you request removal.
